Sara Phipps

Dr. Phipps graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1997.  She has been a small animal emergency veterinarian practicing in NE Tennessee and Western North Carolina since graduation.  She also is an associate long-term field worker with Christian Veterinary Mission serving in Bolivia.  She is a native of NE Tennessee and now lives in Newland, NC.

Dr. Phipps is certified in acupuncture through the Chi Institute in two different methods of acupuncture, (both Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Balance Method.)

She will finish her Masters in Integrative Veterinary Medicine in 2024.  She has experience not only in acupuncture, but also in food therapy, rehabilitation, and pain management.
